Why coaching, why me?

I am Terri Linder, a certified professional coach who helps people define and achieve their goals, and for many to achieve 10x results. I partner with driven individuals who would like help to get underneath their professional or personal aspirations and clarify with such certainty that they create a compass that is in tune.

5 years ago I had lost my compass, I was separated from my husband and was at a cross roads at work looking to make a decision about going for an important new role. My coach Claire showed me just how valuable coaching can be, she helped me unpeel the layers of myself to discover my inner leader, my life purpose and my compass so I could navigate decisions with clarity and grace. I owe my life to my coach and have vowed this as my life purpose to help others find theirs.

I am experienced professional and leader in the technology and media industries having worked for 25 years for Google, YouTube, Sony Pictures and Deloitte. I am a certified Co-active coach and have also coached throughout my career. I have special experience working with Content Creators whose creativity comes first, but sometimes they lack the acumen to turn their content into a successful business.
